01 — You tell us your opening

Four measurements and a photo. Opening width, opening height, the clear wall above the opening and the clear wall either side — plus your bumper projection and how many doors. If you are not sure what any of that means, the measuring guide walks through it, and a straight-on photo of the door answers most of the rest.

If what you describe is not a seal job, we will say so. A mixed fleet through wide doors on a sloped approach usually wants a shelter, and selling you the wrong product helps neither of us.

02 — We build it right

Your numbers go to the shop floor, not onto a form that gets relayed to a factory. The material is marked and cut to your opening, the pads are sewn with marine-grade thread and double-stitched seams, the foam beams go in, and the whole thing is framed onto ground-treated 2″×12″ backing.

Weeks, not months. Orders that route through a distributor queue behind that distributor’s other work; yours does not, because you are ordering from the people building it.

03 — We deliver to your door

Shipped anywhere in the United States, with freight quoted alongside the unit rather than sprung on you at the end. Or collect at the shop in Tyler if you are close.

Mounting brackets are in the box. Most maintenance crews fit their own — the backing frame is drilled to land on solid wall, and if your people hang doors they can hang a seal. Check your dock bumpers before you fit it; worn bumpers will over-compress new foam and cost you the seal early.

What happens if something is wrong

You call the same number and you get the person who built it. No account manager, no ticket queue. That is the whole advantage of buying from a small shop instead of through a chain, and it is worth more than it sounds when a measurement needs sorting out.
